The Baby Calmer’s Telephone/Skype Consultation Package can help parents express their frustrations and struggles to someone who can understand and empathise with their difficulties, put them at ease, and begin to offer some immediate and useful information, guidance, reassurance, counselling and / or support that responds to their specific parenting issue or concerns regarding their newborn, toddler or young child.
It is also important to acknowledge that whilst a telephone/skype consultation package can provide enough time to offer the 'general' support and immediate feedback most parents are seeking, it may be unrealistic to expect that a long-standing or complex issue(s) can be resolved in this context. The Baby Calmer may recommend a more suitable service from those offered on the website, should this need arise. 'Reassurance' Telephone Consultation Package (all age babies, toddlers and young children): $195- up to 2 hours of information, guidance and support available for parents, plus 30 days of complimentary email / texting follow-up and support.
'Reassurance PLUS' Telephone Consultation Package (all age babies, toddlers and young children): $395- up to 4 hours of information, guidance and support available for parents, plus 30 days of complimentary email / texting follow-up and support.
Your 'Reassurance' or your 'Reassurance PLUS' telephone consultation package may focus on any or all of the following:
Standard 'ALL DAY' Telephone Consultation Package (all age babies, toddlers and young children): $695- up to 8 hours of telephone and skype contact/support available (usually) between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm, plus 30 days of complimentary email / texting follow-up and support.
Standard 'ALL DAY" Telephone Consultaton Format:
During your Standard 'ALL DAY' Telephone Consultation with The Baby Calmer, I will be on telephone/skype 'standby' to support you and your baby for the duration of the eight hour period. Time permitting, and depending on what is presented as your most urgent support requirement(s), together with The Baby Calmer, you (and your partner if you wish) and your baby, toddler or young child may:
Premium 'ALL DAY - PLUS' Telephone Consultation Package (all age babies, toddlers and young children): $995- up to 12 hours of telephone contact/support - 9.30 am to 5.30 pm on day one, and 9.00 am to 1.00 pm on day two (which would ideally take place within 7 days of the initial phone consultation), plus 60 days of complimentary email and texting follow-up support.
Premium 'ALL DAY" Telephone Consultaton Format:
During your Premium 'ALL DAY' Telephone Consultation with The Baby Calmer, I will be on telephone/skype 'standby' to support you and your baby for the duration of the initial eight hour period, as per the Standard 'ALL DAY' Telephone Cnsultation format, along with a further four hour follow-up session via telephone or skype - some time within the 7 days following the initial phone consultation - which can be utilised in any way you choose to further consolidate your learnings and your experience.
Additonal General Information and How to Book:
Your telephone consultation commences from the time the consultation was booked. Please ensure that you are available to answer your telephone at this time.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you utilise your consultation time with The Baby Calmer to your best advantage.
Calls within Australia are made by The Baby Calmer to the provided mobile phone or landline number.
International calls are made by The Baby Calmer to landlines only, and will incur an additional fee depending on the length of the call and the country the call is made to, in order to cover international call costs. Estimates of this fee can be assessed and provided prior to your call.
Booking and Payment Process -
Prior to the commencement of your telephone consultation with The Baby Calmer, you will be required to cut and paste, reply to and email your responses to the questions below:
Pre-payment is essential -
Upon receipt of your enquiry and confirmation that you wish to go ahead with your telephone consultation, The Baby Calmer will require full pre-payment in advance. This is usually completed using your credit card, or your payment can be direct deposited into The Baby Calmer's bank account - where funds must be presented prior to the commencement of your consultation.
Upon receipt of payment, your appointment period is specifically set aside for you. If you change your mind and do not wish to go ahead with your telephone consultation, no refunds are provided. If you, your baby or The Baby Calmer become ill or experience an emergency that prevents participation in the telephone consultation at the agreed time, a new appointment time will be rescheduled (subject to availability). Please provide as much notice as possible should this occur.
