The Baby Calmer’s Telephone/Skype Consultation Package can help parents express their frustrations and struggles to someone who can understand and empathise with their difficulties, put them at ease, and begin to offer some immediate and useful information, guidance, reassurance, counselling and / or support that responds to their specific parenting issue or concerns regarding their newborn, toddler or young child.
It is also important to acknowledge that whilst a telephone/skype consultation package can provide enough time to offer the 'general' support and immediate feedback most parents are seeking, it may be unrealistic to expect that a long-standing or complex issue(s) can be resolved in this context. The Baby Calmer may recommend a more suitable service from those offered on the website, should this need arise. Generally speaking, telephone/skype consultation clients report that the support they receive and outcomes they experience from working in this context, more than meets their expectations!

Newborn Reassurance Package: $145 - up to 90 mins of support available for parents of newborns only (birth to 8 weeks), plus 3 days of email follow-up support.
Standard Package: $295 - up to 4 hours of support (ages birth and beyond), plus 7 days of email follow-up support.
Premium Package: $495 - up to 8 hours of support (ages birth and beyond), plus 14 days of email follow-up support.
During your "Reassurance" and"Standard Telephone/Skype Consultation Package" you can expect to:
The Reassurance telephone consultation package incorporates up to 90 minutes, and the Standard telephone consultation package incorporates up to 240 minutes of:
Should you wish to extend your standard telephone consultation beyond 240 minutes, a flat fee of $1.00 per additional minute applies.
If you select the "Premium Telephone/Skype Consultation Package", you will receive all of the benefits of the Standard Plus Telephon/Skypee Consultation Package, along with:
Please note - your initial flat fee allows for a telephone consultation period of 'up to' 240 or 480 minutes. If you do not use the full number of minutes included in your package, no refunds or credits are provided.
Your telephone consultation commences from the time the consultation was booked. Please ensure that you are available to answer your telephone at this time.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you utilise your consultation time with The Baby Calmer to your best advantage. The Baby Calmer will provide 15 minutes notice that your telephone consultation period is drawing to a close.
Calls within Australia are made by The Baby Calmer to the provided mobile phone or landline number.
International calls are made by The Baby Calmer to landlines only, and will incur an additional fee of $30 (may be more depending on country of origin) to cover international call costs.

Prior to the commencement of your telephone consultation with The Baby Calmer, you will be required to cut and paste, reply to and email your responses to the questions below:
Pre-payment is essential -
Upon receipt of your enquiry and confirmation that you wish to go ahead with your telephone consultation, The Baby Calmer will require full pre-payment in advance. This is usually completed over the phone using your credit card, or your payment can be direct deposited into The Baby Calmer's bank account.
At the agreed appointment time, The Baby Calmer will be ready for your call, and will be available for 'up to' 90 minutes.
Upon receipt of payment, your appointment period is specifically set aside for you. If you change your mind and do not wish to go ahead with your telephone consultation, no refunds are provided. If you, your baby or The Baby Calmer become ill or experience an emergency that prevents participation in the telephone consultation at the agreed time, a new appointment time will be rescheduled (subject to availability). Please provide as much notice as possible should this occur.
